Here's what I kept seeing. The tools are genuinely good now — good enough to save a small practice hours every week. But the guidance around them is either breathless hype or lawyerly hand-wringing, and neither one helps you get a lease summary done faster on a Tuesday afternoon. So I made it my work to close that gap: to turn what AI can actually do into a system a real estate shop can follow, with the confidentiality and the client-consent questions handled up front instead of bolted on later.

I'm not American, and I won't pretend to be. What I sell is the thinking, not the accent — and the thinking is in the Kit: the same verification protocol, the same staff card, the same prompts I'd want if I were running a six-person firm and someone on my team had just pasted a client lease into a public chatbot. Everything here is about a year of turning those ideas into something you can actually use.

I focus on small real estate practices on purpose. A solo or five-person shop doesn't need an enterprise rollout or a six-figure engagement. It needs clear, tested procedures written by someone who understands both the technology and what's at stake in a closing file. That's what I bring — and I'm a real person at the other end of the email, not a funnel.
